At DW Atelier, every order is handled with the utmost care and professional attention to detail.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Time
To ensure the best balance between cost and reliability, we use premium international lines (such as Yanwen/YunExpress). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 8–15 business days

Europe: 10–15 business days (VAT Included)

Rest of the World: 12–20 business days

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP Service)

United States: No import duties are charged for orders under $800.

Europe: We ship to most European countries using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means all import VAT and customs clearance fees are included in your shipping cost at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

4. Discreet Packaging (Your Privacy)
We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no mention of the brand or product content on the outside label. The sender name will appear as a neutral logistics entity to ensure 100% discretion.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real-time.

6. Delivery Notes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DW Atelier is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
